Operation:
1. Power ON/OFF: Long press the Power Button to turn on/off the host/remote. During setup, The host will automatically turn off when there is no action in around 10S.
2. Heating Setup: Short press the Power Button to adjust heating levels after powering on. Heating Level Display: H1-H2-H3(Remote); 1/2/3 Red Indicators(Host).
3. Mode Setup: Short press the Mode Button to switch modes after powering on.
4. Intensity Adjustment: Short press “+/-” to adjust intensity levels after powering on.
5. Remote: Please turn on the host first before powering on the remote. The remote’s runtime varies by the usage frequency.
Friendly Reminder:
1. During the first week, please do not wear the belt too long for adaption.
2. It is not suitable for wearing the belt when you sleep, it may lead to blood stagnation.
3. Not suitable for pregnancy, bleeding, malignant tumor, intense heat, skin lesion, severe hypertension, serious osteoporosis.
